Every newsletter, every analyst, every pundit. They all show you the wins. The misses disappear quietly. We decided to do the opposite.
The problem we are solving
Investment content online is full of survivorship bias. Predictions get made, some work out, those get highlighted. The ones that do not work out get forgotten. There is no accountability, no track record, no way to verify whether the source is actually good at this.
We built InvestAdvisor to fix that. Every pick we make is recorded the moment we make it, with the exact entry price and date. Every outcome, wins and losses alike, is tracked publicly. You can see exactly how we are doing before trusting us with anything.
How it works
The core of the platform is an AI agent that runs daily. It collects data from over 10 sources: Yahoo Finance for prices across 236 assets, FRED for US macro data, the ECB for European macro data, RSS feeds from major financial news outlets, and more.
Every week, it scans this data looking for opportunities in individual stocks, ETFs, crypto, and commodities. When it finds something compelling, it records a recommendation with an entry price, a base case target, a bull case target, and a bear case downside scenario. Then it tracks that position daily until it hits a target or a stop loss.
The agent uses Claude (Anthropic) for analysis and a second pass from OpenAI for review and fact-checking. Both models have to agree before a post or recommendation gets published.
The founder
This platform was built by an individual investor who got tired of not being able to verify the track record of the analysis he was consuming. The system is used for real personal investment decisions. If the AI is wrong, there are real consequences.
That alignment of incentives is intentional. We are not running ads. We are not paid to promote anything. The only revenue comes from subscriptions, which means our only incentive is to be correct.
